Iris Diaphragm Valve - Series ADP
The Series ADP Valve is the latest in powered Iris Diaphragm Valve technology, available with either pneumatic or electric motor operation. Its innovative drive arrangement allows light but robust construction for frequent operation in harsh environments.

Construction
Body parts are manufactured from aluminium and zinc. Stainless steel fasteners and ABS cover.

Options include

• 316 stainless steel product contact parts.
• Special switch/solenoid packages for hazardous locations.
• Surface coatings to suit corrosive environments.
• Handwheel operation for sizes 150mm to 450mm.

• Double diaphragm for in-line applications, with no leakage to atmosphere.
• Suitable for heavy duty materials up to 1600 kg/m³.
• Quick iris operation, capable of opening or closing in one second.
• Belt driven for quiet operation.
• Drive ring supported on bearings for smooth operation.
• Valve sealed against ingress of dust.
